I've been doing decently well with my "no shopping" stint. I've only bought a few items this summer and since I'm a girl on a budget, I'm always looking for for great alternatives for things I love but can't quite bring myself to buy. My favorite pieces this summer have been maxi dresses, maxi skirts and chambray tops.
Forever 21 and Target are really great places to find similar items that retailers like J.Crew and BCBG carry. I personally love Forever 21, especially for accessories. I was delighted to find the lighter wash chambray top at Target that was in my budget and snapped it up.
