A Dose of Classy: I Spy Stripes

If you've read my blog, you would know I'm slightly obsessed with stripes and polka dots. Lucky for me, they are all the rage now and I just so happen to have a lot of options. Classic stripes are black and white and the nautical theme, navy and white. I tend to lean towards navy and white stripes, but I'm Persian and I own A LOT of black pieces of clothing, so black and white stripes fits my style perfectly.
I'm participating in my first Bloggers Do it Better Series. I picked a simple and versatile outfit. This look can go from daytime errands, school all the way to happy hour and a casual dinner with friends. I love throwing on a blazer because 1. it was chilly and 2. it pulls the entire look together. In the summer time, I would probably wear this same outfit sans blazer in the daytime (I live in Houston and it gets up in the 100s), with black wedges and my jean cuff rolled up.

Being serious.
